Welcome Back! I hope you are having a wonderful summer. I’ll be honest, it’s been difficult getting back into things. Luckily, I was working on a lot of content before leaving on my Alaskan vacation. I had an amazing time with my family and my bestie. This was a bucket list vacation for all of us, so it was exciting to check something off our list. I can’t wait to share more with you about my adventures in future posts.

This post will focus a little more on my physical health. I actually started this journey before I began Random Musings of a Gal Reinventing. In fact, many of the ideas for this blog began on long walks on cold, foggy mornings.

I’ve always been a big daydreamer, spending countless hours lost in my imagination and coming up with new and creative ideas. I love inventing recipes, exploring new hobbies, and I am constantly rewriting the endings of movies and books in my head—or creating entirely new stories.
